Boot Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Conducting Boot Camps of this sort requires a lot of advanced planning, investment, venue booking and raw materials costs and not to mention a whole lot of coordination. For this reason, we have a strict cancellation policy, which aims to deter frivolous sign-ups while ensuring fairness towards genuine cases. Please make sure you understand our Cancellation & Refund Policy before registering.

Cancellations by Registrants

Registrants who are find themselves unable to attend a Boot Camp may transfer their slot to a qualified replacement (friend or family member). However, in such a case, we request that the registrant inform us of this arrangement as early as possible so that we are able to work with the replacement and ensure that they have all the information they might need to successfully complete the Boot Camp. Please be aware that the original registrant shall be responsible for the conduct of their nominated replacement, we request you to choose wisely. Poor conduct on the part of any registrant or their nominated replacement during any part of the Boot Camp shall result in the removal and subsequent ban of the all individuals involved without the possibility of any refund.

In the event that a registrant is unable to attend the Boot Camp nor send a replacement, he or she may send us a formal cancellation request in writing to design2@creativebee.in

Terms for cancellation are as follows:

• Cancellations done within 48 hours of registration/purchase will be 80% refunded, if registration was completed more than 10 days prior to the commencement of the Boot Camp.
• Cancellations done less than 10 days prior commencement of the Boot Camp shall receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations done less than 72 hours prior to the Boot Camp shall receive no refund.

*Note: 20% of the Boot Camp fee is directly non-refundable as we have limited openings and by booking a seat, you will be blocking it for anyone else.

Class Cancellations by the Organizer

We  reserve the right to cancel  or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of a class cancellation or rescheduling, our  liability shall be limited to a refund of Boot Camp fees within 5 - 7 business days. We shall not be responsible for airline tickets, hotel reservations, travel costs, or any other expenses you may have incurred. In case of such a cancellation, you shall be informed promptly on the email you have used to purchase the course and the refund shall be made to you on the same payment method that was used during the registration.
