Boot Camp Liability Waiver

ALL OF OUR STUDENTS/REGISTRANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE FOLLOWING LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER BEFORE BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN WORKSHOPS/BOOT CAMPS. 

This agreement releases Creative Bee and its contracted instructors from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during a workshop/boot camp at [workshop location] on [dates].

By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Creative Bee and its contracted instructors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge and assume all of the risks involved in participating in a practical boot camp.

These may include but are not limited to the use of power equipment and hand tools by myself and other participants. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

I also acknowledge that during the boot camp, my photo and or video may be taken and therefore release such photos/videos for use in Creative Bee’s marketing and advertising including, print, website and social media.

I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this waiver and release shall be held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such a clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this waiver and release, which shall continue to be enforceable.

I certify that I have read this document and I fully understand its content. I am aware that this document is a contractual release from liability and that I sign it of my own free will.
