The entire process of setting up either a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise or a Retail Studio, Export Firm or a Design Consultancy, can be rather daunting if you are not aware or trained to follow the necessary statutory ‘Dos & Don’ts’. Untrained, there are chances of facing moderate to severe problems and watching all your efforts go to waste. There are thousands of real-world examples of businesses that start-up without understand their legal compliance obligations and have fatally suffered for it.
This Boot Camp will train you in everything that you need to know to start an enterprise in terms of compliance, keeping the information relative to the Indian Fashion & Textile Industry. Topics include legal statutory licenses, scale and type of business entity to register as, statutory compliance and registrations, finance options, finding the most suitable sources of funding, working capital, CC limits, term loans and other financial instruments, their benefits and disadvantages, Labour Law and other HR compliance, exporting, export documentation and customs rules & regulations, commercial taxes, monthly and yearly returns filing, permits for interstate business, advantages & disadvantages of SME/MSME etc.
